When will order will be shipped and received to you

Once we receive your order it will be shipped within 2-3 business days and order will be sent to u by our shipping partners and it takes upto 7-8 business days (tentative).

Return Eligibility

• We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged or incorrect items only. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.
• In case of an empty parcel or missing item, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is mandatory for us to process your request. Claims without sufficient proof or signs of tampering may not be accepted.
• No return requests will be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Once we receive the product, it will undergo quality assurance (QA).
• If approved, a credit note of the order amount will be issued, which can be used once on our website within 1 year.
